Reflection: This week reflect again on the Lord’s Supper. Think especially about the two elements of Bread and wine. Maybe you can make some bread this week – and give thanks for the changes that God can bring about in us. As you do, feel the flour mix change as you knead it; ask God to work through you to change what needs to be changed
