Genesis 45:1–15
In this week’s focus scripture, Joseph comes face to face with the brothers who sold him into slavery. Ready to forgive his brothers and reconcile with them, Joseph explains God’s presence throughout his time in slavery and now as one of the most powerful people in Egypt. Joseph is able to help his family in the midst of the famine – even saving their lives.
This week, make a donation of time, money, or food to an organization that helps the hungry. If you know someone who is struggling financially make her or him a meal and deliver it.
